Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
- Welcome, Intro and check-in. Start 10AM - Connection circle and grounding session - Intro to Alchemy, Elixirs, Ayurveda and Doshas - Gentle yoga & Intention setting. Ayurvedic Dinner and Overview.
Day 2: Nature Immersion
- Sunrise yoga session in a natural setting. Guided nature walk, Meditation. Cacao Ceremony + DNA Activation preparation (clearing the Aura and LightBody) near the island grounds.
Day 3: Mindfulness and Meditation
- Sunrise Yoga, Meditation and pranayama session.
- Alchemy workshop: Elixirs, Perfumes, Sacred Activated Jewelry. Accessing Divine timecode frequencies.
Day 4: Cultural Exploration
- Sunrise Dynamic yoga session.
