5-DAY ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
- Welcome, Intro and check-in. Start 10AM - Connection circle and grounding session - Intro to Alchemy, Elixirs, Ayurveda and Doshas - Gentle yoga & Intention setting. Ayurvedic Dinner and Overview.
Day 2: Nature Immersion
- Sunrise yoga session in a natural setting. Guided nature walk, Meditation. Cacao Ceremony + DNA Activation near the island grounds.
Day 3: Mindfulness and Meditation
- Sunrise Yoga, Meditation and pranayama session.
- Alchemy workshop: Elixirs, Perfumes, Sacred Activated Jewelry. Light Language Activation by Tatiana of Energy Works on 14th September at 4pm, accessing the 144 Divine union timecode frequency.
Day 4: Cultural Exploration
- Sunrise Dynamic yoga session.
- Excursion to local cultural sites and beach for activities. Activated Crystal Jewelry ceremony (w/ Fire Opal, Herkimer Diamond or Sun Stone) + DNA Activation
Day 5: Activation and Reflection

when I signed up for the private YTT, I didn't know that the training involved much more than yoga practice and theory. Lilamaya gave me a deep insight into the spirit of the island, which allowed me to put theory into practice right away.
