5-DAY ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival and Orientation
- Welcome, Intro and check-in. Start 10AM - Connection circle and grounding session - Intro to Alchemy, Elixirs, Ayurveda and Doshas - Gentle yoga & Intention setting. Ayurvedic Dinner and Overview.
Day 2: Nature Immersion
- Sunrise yoga session in a natural jungle setting. Guided nature walk, Meditation. Ritual Cacao Ceremony + DNA Activation near the Waterfalls.
Day 3: Mindfulness and Meditation
- Sunrise Yoga, Meditation and pranayama session.
- Alchemy workshop: Elixirs, Perfumes, Sacred Activated Jewelry.
Day 4: Cultural Exploration
- Sunrise Dynamic yoga session.
- Excursion to local cultural sites and beach for activities. Activated Crystal Jewelry ceremony (w/ Fire Opal, Herkimer Diamond or Sun Stone) + DNA Activation
Day 5: Activation and Reflection
- Sunrise Gentle yoga and Ayurvedic self-massage. - Free time for treatments or personal reflection. Closing circle, Manifestation DNA Activation and Farewell dinner. Ends Sunset.
